the room was always warm. even with the air conditioning on it was still hot. the curtains didn't block light well, also i only had one thin pillow.

the location is near a tram station it made access simple the room was clean with an available coffee machine breakfast included a good variety of options it helped start my days well the staff offered information about parking arrangements their guidance was appreciated

my room lacked a kettle i needed to request tea at reception a charge applied a kettle in the room would enhance convenience
